How Much Does Newspaper Insert Advertising Cost?
Insertion pricing is based on frequency:
1–3 insertions: $50 per thousand
4–8 insertions: $45 per thousand
12+ insertions: $40 per thousand
Insertion fees do not include printing or other production costs. Contact us for a custom quote based on the publications, communities, quantity, and frequency of your campaign.
Can Our Town Publishing Print My Inserts?
Having us handle both printing and distribution can simplify the process and help make sure your finished materials meet the requirements for insertion.
What Are the Insert Size Requirements?
Minimum size: 5″ wide × 10″ high
Maximum size, unfolded: 15″ wide × 11.75″ high
Multi-page inserts require a custom quote. If you’re unsure whether your marketing piece meets the requirements, send us the details and we’ll help you determine the best option.
How Far in Advance Should I Reserve My Insert?
Reservations can be made up to 14 days prior to the insertion date, subject to availability.
Publication deadlines vary:
Local Town Pages: 15th of the month for the following month.
Milford Free Press & Upton Mendon Free Press: 10 days prior to the second Thursday of the month.
The Yankee Xpress & Blackstone Valley Xpress: Wednesday prior to publication.
We recommend contacting us early if you also need your inserts designed or printed.
